• December 11, 2011 – Preliminary submission deadline (except for research papers)
• January 3, 2012 – Final submission deadline (all contributions except scientific workshops and Phd symposium)
• February 21, 2012 – Feedback to contributors
• March 10 – Final versions due

• January 25, 2012 – Notification of acceptance Scientific Workshops

• March 31, 2012 – Notification of acceptance Doctoral Symposium
• April 30, 2012 – Final version due Doctoral Symposium
